What cities do you deliver to?

How do I qualify for free delivery?
It’s simple—just spend $125 or more, and your delivery is on us!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is! To keep things fresh and fast, we have a minimum order of $70 (5 meals). For orders between $70 and $125, a small delivery fee of $7.95 applies. Trust us, with meals this good, hitting that minimum is a no-brainer!
How do I sign up for a subscription?
It’s easy!
- Browse our menu and pick your favorite meals.
- Click "Subscribe + Save" at checkout.
- Enjoy a 10% discount on every order and choose your preferred delivery frequency.
- Manage your subscription anytime—pause, skip, or cancel with just a few clicks.
When will my delivery arrive?
When you check out, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date. Make sure to place your order by Wednesday at 9 pm MST to secure your spot for the following week.
Delivery Windows:
- Sunday: Between 10 am and 4 pm
- Monday to Wednesday: Between 12 pm and 7 pm
Stay in the loop with our live delivery notifications—you’ll get updates when your order is picked up, when you're next in line (with a 10-15 minute window), and when it’s been delivered. Never wonder where your meal is again!
What if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?
No worries! Your meals will arrive in a recyclable, enclosed box or paper bag with ice packs to keep them fresh. We’ll also text you when your order has been delivered. Our live delivery notifications allow you to keep track of your order.
What if I live in an apartment complex?
Make sure your buzzer code and apartment number are up to date—this helps us get your
meals straight to you. If we can’t access your unit, we ask you to meet our driver in the lobby to avoid it being left unattended.
You can also add special instructions to your order for extra peace of mind!

Please note that if there is no answer/no notes, orders will be left unattended.
Can I pick up my order?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Stay tuned by following us on Instagram for updates.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address through your account settings—just make sure to do it before the order modification cut-off date. Once that date passes, we can’t make any changes, so keep your info up to date!

Do you cater to allergies?
Absolutely! We make it easy to eat safely. All allergens are clearly listed for each meal on our ordering page. Check before you order and eat with confidence!
Where can I find the nutrition information for MVP meals?
Right on our menu! We include a full nutrition table for each dish so you know exactly what you’re fueling up with.
How big is each meal?
Our meals are designed to satisfy one person, packing in 400-600 calories of flavour and fuel. They come in reheatable, dishwasher-safe, lidded containers—perfect if you want to save some for later.
How long do the meals last?
Stored right, your meals will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. We label any items with a shorter shelf life so you know what to eat first. Stay fueled and worry-free!

What kind of packaging do you use?
We’re all about fueling you and protecting the planet. Our meals come in durable, reusable PP grade containers that are:
